We had the great pleasure of managing a premium wedding on the beautiful island of Rügen at Gut Üselitz. The client, an experienced wedding planner and event designer from Berlin, organized an unforgettable event for around 80 guests.
Our services included full-service catering over two days. This included professional staff, a well-stocked beverage and bar supply, and all the necessary equipment.
The culinary program was diverse: It began with an elegant reception, where guests were treated to delicious finger food. Later in the day, a delicious lunch buffet was served right by the water, followed by a four-course dinner served in the evening in a stylishly decorated stretch tent, which delighted the guests. The currywurst for the midnight snack was served by flying, right on the dance floor.
It was a wonderful event in a dream location where everything ran smoothly, and both the guests and the bride and groom were thrilled.
