We provided comprehensive support for a renowned service provider during a two-day conference at the Cruise Center Steinwerder in Berlin. A total of around 1,300 guests attended, with approximately 650 trade fair visitors enjoying our culinary offerings each day.
Our team ensured that catering ran smoothly throughout the entire event. This began in the morning with a lavish breakfast buffet, providing participants with an energizing start to the day. Throughout the day, varied lunch buffets followed, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes to cater to a variety of tastes.
Between the program, guests were treated to delicious coffee breaks, where freshly brewed coffee, tea, and a selection of sweet and savory snacks provided a pleasant respite. Finally, in the evening, a festive buffet dinner was served, which was both culinary and visually impressive, concluding a successful day of conferences.
A special highlight was the VIP lounge, where our experienced service staff created an exclusive atmosphere. Important guests were able to meet and mingle in a relaxed environment and fully enjoy the service.
