Delivery Terms

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Our minimum order value on weekdays and Saturdays is EUR 150.00 net (food only) per delivery. On Sundays and public holidays, we deliver from EUR 300.00 net (food only).

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We will take your order by 4 p.m. for the following day at the latest. We take orders for the weekend until Thursday 4 p.m. Short-term orders gladly after consultation and subject to availability.

DELIVERY TERMS
We would also be happy to deliver to you outside of our logistics department’s business hours. These are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We allow ourselves to charge a surcharge of € 80.00.

TRANSPORT COSTS

For delivery within a 10 km radius, we charge a fee of €40.00 on weekdays (Mon–Sat). For deliveries within this radius on Sundays and public holidays, the flat rate is €80.00, in addition to the standard delivery charges. The fee for collecting equipment within a 10 km radius is €30.00. For locations outside the 10 km radius, delivery costs are charged at €2.50 per kilometer. For additional deliveries—such as equipment and/or furniture—as well as for larger events, transport, setup, and dismantling services are charged based on actual effort.
